How to Add Offers to Your Loyalty Program

There are two ways to surface offers to members of your loyalty program: manual selection, and offer inclusion rules.

Add Offers Manually

One method of adding offers to a loyalty program is by manually selecting them. This gives you control over exactly which offers your members can see, but it may be time-consuming to manage a large offer set.

To add offers manually:

  1. Navigate to the Loyalty section of the Customer Portal
  2. Select the loyalty program you want to add offers to
  3. Under the Offers tab, use the available search parameters to find specific offers
  4. Select the offers you'd like to surface to your members

To view offers that have been added to the loyalty program, select the Visible filter under "Visibility".

Add Offers Via Offer Inclusion Rules

Offer Inclusion Rules enable you to filter for a set of offers that match your desired criteria. This automatically surfaces all applicable offers to your members. If any new offers added to Olive's global offer repository match your inclusion rules, they will also be visible to your members. 

To add offers via Offer Inclusion Rules:

  1. Navigate to the Loyalty section of the Customer Portal
  2. Select the loyalty program you want to add offers to
  3. Click the Offer Inclusion Rules tab
  4. Click + Inclusion Rule
  5. Input a name for the new inclusion rule
  6. Under "Inclusion Rule Criteria," use the drop-downs to set any desired properties
  7. Click the next to the new criteria to add it to the new inclusion rule
  8. Once you've added all your criteria, click Create & Evaluate

Example: To add all US-based card-linked offers to a loyalty program, you would set the criteria below.
