A member of your Olive-powered program may request for you to delete their data. Here's how to submit the request to Olive.
In certain cases, a member may want their historical data deleted. This may include the token and history for a specific card or the member's entire account and related data.
To submit a data deletion request:
- Open the Olive Support Form
- Fill out the form
- Select "Data Deletion Request" as your request type
- Include the Olive Member ID, External Member ID, and card details (if applicable) in your request
- Submit the form
Card details (E.g., Olive Card ID, Last 4 Digits, Expiry Date) are only required if a member requests for card-specific data to be deleted. These details are not required if a member wants to delete their entire account and history.
Data deletion requests will be reviewed by the Olive team and may take up to 30 days or more to complete. This accounts for the time needed for an internal investigation and to ensure that all data is properly erased. The team will keep you updated with the request progress until it is completed.
