How to Access the Olive Knowledge Base
Our Knowledge Base is available to anyone with the direct link. However, to view detailed documentation and technical resources, you must be logged in to an approved account.
To log in, you must:

Be an active Olive client

Be approved for Knowledge Base access
Access is managed by your Customer Success (CS) Manager.
If you have already been approved, simply log in using your credentials. The sign in button is on the top right corner of this page.
If You’re Having Trouble Logging In
If you:

Don’t have login credentials

Receive an access denied message
-
Are unsure whether you’ve been approved
Please reach out directly to your Customer Success Manager.
Your CS Manager is responsible for:

Approving new Knowledge Base users

Confirming appropriate access levels
-
Troubleshooting login or permission issues
