Enrollment

Question: Can debit cards be enrolled?

Answer: They can be enrolled, and credit (pin-less) transactions should be tracked, but there’s a chance that certain transactions may not be tracked as expected. Tracking on debit cards is less reliable than credit.

Testing

Question: Can Olive provide test cards? 

Answer: Olive does not provide test cards. You can use an online test card generator for testing in sandbox if needed. 

Round-up

Question: How do we minimize transaction fees on round-up charges if every transaction incurs fees?

Answer: Most programs aggregate the rounding for the month and make one charge monthly. You would not want to round on individual transactions as fees would be excessive.

Question: Do round-ups appear on every purchase on a member's monthly statement?

Answer: No, if a program is set up to charge on a monthly cadence, only one round-up charge will appear on a member's statement each month.
