Transactions

This section of the Customer Portal is where you can view transactions (I.e., purchases) on enrolled cards in your program.

Transactions are sorted from newest to oldest. To view oldest transactions first, click the Purchase Date header

You can filter for transactions between two dates by using the “from” and “to” filters. Transactions can also be filtered by other values like merchant category code, settlement status, and whether they have a round up or reward associated with them. 

From this page, you can click on the purchase date to navigate to the transaction detail page or view the related card or member by clicking the three dots next to the purchase. 

  • View Card: Navigate to the card detail page for the card that was used
  • View Member: Navigate to the member detail page for the member who made the purchase

Brand, store, and purchase amount are only available on transactions that earn rewards.

Transaction Detail Page

On this page, you can see details about a specific transaction, including the related member ID, last 4 digits of the card used, purchase date, and store details (for reward-earning purchases only). 

The transaction detail page also includes a timeline of events related to the transaction. Click View Rounding Rule to see the related rounding rules or click View Offer Details to see the offer that was claimed.
