This section of the Customer Portal is where you can browse existing stores in the Olive platform and add new stores if needed.

Search stores
Stores are specific locations for a merchant brand. On the stores page, you can browse existing stores in Olive's platform. You can use the search bar to find a specific store or click the gray Show button to filter by certain parameters.
Store parameters include:
- Filter by Brand
- In Use By Corporate: If you're creating and managing your own merchant offers, you can use this filter to locate brands that are associated with a specific merchant of yours.
- Parent Category
- Brand Tag
- Location Details
- Online: Whether a store is online or in-person
- Offer Status
- Identifier Type: Whether a store has external IDs added for Visa, Mastercard, or both
Add a store
In cases where you create your own offers, you may need to create a store if it doesn't already exist in Olive's system.
To add a store:
- Click the Add Store button in the top right corner of the page.
- Select a brand to add the store to.
- Add the Store/Location Name.
- Add an Alias for the store.
- Check the box if the store is online.
- Add address and contact details for the store.
- (optional) add a website and merchant ID if applicable.
- Click Create Store.
Store detail page
From the list of stores, you can click on a store to open the brand detail page. On this page, you can edit the information for a store you've created. You can also see the external IDs associated with the store once they've been onboarded.
Please work with the Olive team to onboard external IDs for any new stores that you create. The Olive team will locate the IDs, add them to the store, and notify you once complete. In some cases, test transactions may need to be conducted at the store to locate the correct identifiers.
