This section of the Customer Portal is where you can manage your Rounding programs. You can review existing programs, add new ones, and create round up rules.

Add a rounding program
To add a new rounding program,
- Click the Add Rounding Program button in the top right corner of the page
- Name your new rounding program
- Click the Active checkbox to activate the program
- Click the Default checkbox if you want members to automatically be added to the program upon signup
- Click Create
Edit a rounding program
To edit a rounding program,
- Click on the rounding program you’d like to edit
- From here, you can update the name of the program or its active and default status
- Click Save to save any changes
You can also manage round up rules for a specific program from this page.
Create a round up rule
Click + Round Up Rule to create a new round up rule using the fields defined below.
- Rounding Type
- Nearest Dollar: Rounds up to the nearest dollar amount.
Ex: A $3.70 purchase will be rounded up by $0.30 - Nearest Custom Amount: Rounds up to the nearest configured amount.
Ex: A $3.70 purchase with a rounding value of $5 will be rounded up by $1.30 - Fixed Amount: Rounds up the configured fixed amount.
Ex: A $3.70 purchase with a rounding amount of $1.00 will be rounded to $4.70 - Percent Amount: Rounds up by the configured percentage.
Ex: A $3.70 purchase with a 10% round up will be rounded up by $0.37
- Nearest Dollar: Rounds up to the nearest dollar amount.
- Rounding Value: The numeric value associated with the rounding type you selected. For “Nearest Dollar” rounding, you can adjust the multiplier.
- Merchant Category Code: Specify an MCC for the rounding rule if you want it to only apply to transactions that match that MCC.
- Minimum Purchase Amount: Set a minimum purchase amount for the rounding rule to apply.
- Maximum Purchase Amount: Set a maximum purchase amount; any purchase above this amount will not have the rounding rule applied.
