The Offer Redemptions section of the Customer Portal summarizes your members' cashback redemptions.
Offer redemptions can be viewed by status or by member. Click on By Status or By Member in the left navigation to see each view.
Offer Redemptions By Status
The Offer Redemptions By Status page can be filtered by purchase date or reward confirmation date. Under the date filter is a breakdown of redemptions, by status, for the selected date range.
Offer Redemption Statuses
- Earned: New redemptions that are currently pending review or settlement
- Submitted to Merchant: Redemptions that have been submitted to merchants for approval
- Confirmed: Redemptions that have been confirmed by merchants but not yet funded
- Funded: Redemptions that have been paid by merchants to Olive
- Paid to Client: Redemptions that have been paid by Olive to clients
- Rejected: Redemptions that have been rejected by merchants
The offer redemptions page also lists all redemptions from the selected time period. The list can be filtered by various parameters like Corporate, Brand, and Status.
Offer Redemptions By Member
The Offer Redemptions By Member page can be filtered by member ID or external member ID. From this page, you can also export a PDF or CSV of redemptions by member.
