Olive does not store member PII, so you will need to use member IDs or external IDs to search for specific members in this view.
Offer Inclusion Rules
Under the Offer Inclusion Rules tab, you can add or edit rules that will automatically add offers to your loyalty program based on criteria that you set.
Create an inclusion rule
- Click the + Inclusion Rule button
- Name your inclusion rule
- Configure your inclusion rule criteria by selecting:
- An offer property (E.g., availability, brand, category, etc.)
- An operator (E.g., equal to, not equal to)
- A value (E.g., Client Only)
- (optional) Click Preview Offers to see the list of matching offers
- Click Create & Evaluate
For example, an inclusion rule where “Availability = Client Only” will add all offers from your own merchant list.
